2027: APC Will Be Torn Apart, Spirit of Death Lurks in Aso Rock — Anambra Prophet Issues Stark Warning

The Spiritual Head of Soul Revival Outreach, Nnewi, Prophet Ikechukwu Uzukwu, has made a series of dramatic spiritual and political predictions about Nigeria’s future, declaring that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will face deep internal divisions ahead of the 2027 general elections while warning of what he described as a “spirit of death” around the Presidential Villa.

Speaking with journalists at his church office in Nnewi, Anambra State, the outspoken cleric claimed that the next presidential election would be shaped not only by opposition challenges but also by a fierce internal crisis within the APC.

According to him, political power is temporary and no leader, regardless of influence or authority, can override God’s will.

“By 2027, the APC will be divided against itself. Those who think they are politically powerful will realise that there is a God in heaven who is greater than every earthly authority,” Uzukwu declared.

The prophet further alleged that a “spirit of death” currently hovers around Aso Rock Villa, adding that the development would ultimately usher in relief for Nigerians.

“In the end, Nigeria and Nigerians will heave a sigh of relief because there is a spirit of death lurking around Aso Rock Villa at the moment,” he said.

Turning to governance, Uzukwu criticized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, arguing that its performance has fallen short of Nigerians’ expectations and does not justify another term in office.

He alleged that the country continues to grapple with persistent electricity shortages, worsening insecurity and inadequate infrastructure despite promises of improved governance.

The cleric also claimed that several companies and industries have either shut down or scaled back operations under the current administration, a situation he said has contributed to rising unemployment, particularly among young Nigerians.

“I find it surprising that the President is seeking re-election despite the country’s worsening socio-economic conditions,” he said.

Speaking on leadership and accountability, Uzukwu argued that true fear of God is reflected in how leaders exercise power.

“One way to know a man who truly fears God is by how he handles power without becoming intoxicated by it. Unfortunately, many African leaders end their reign in disgrace and shame.”

The prophet reminded political office holders that authority is temporary and urged them to govern with humility, integrity and the fear of God.

“Nothing lasts forever. Every office has an end. No matter how powerful political office holders think they are, they cannot be stronger than Almighty God.”

Drawing historical comparisons, he said even some of Africa’s most powerful rulers eventually lost their influence and died.

“President Tinubu cannot be more powerful than African leaders such as Samuel Doe, Idi Amin and Mobutu Sese Seko. They wielded enormous power and wealth in their time, yet they all eventually passed away.”

Uzukwu praised former South African President Nelson Mandela as a model of selfless leadership, noting that Mandela voluntarily relinquished power despite enjoying widespread popularity.

He urged African leaders to emulate that example by placing national interest above personal ambition.

The cleric also alleged that while many Nigerian leaders publicly profess religious faith, their actions in government often fail to reflect accountability and integrity.

“Funds meant for millions of Nigerians are allegedly diverted by a few individuals in positions of authority. Because of corruption, many citizens cannot afford healthcare or even basic meals.”

He concluded by urging leaders at all levels to remember that political office is a sacred trust and that history ultimately judges those who use power either for public service or personal gain.
