Real Estate Firm Celebrates One Year Anniversary with Community Day Funfare, Cash Gifts

Ultima Real Estate, a fast-rising real estate firm based in AWKA, Anambra State celebrated its first anniversary with a special community fun fare.

The event which brought together residents of Abuja estate and other areas opposite Old Government House, Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, Awka lived up to its billing as an afternoon of funfares and games.

The company’s founder and Executive Director, Engr. Emerie Eze, explained that the event which also featured lively street games with participants of all ages, was designed as a give-back to the society.

“We are celebrating our one year anniversary, and we didn’t want to celebrate it alone, so we decided to invite our neighbors to celebrate with us.

“The joy of surviving our first year in this business is so huge that we cannot share it alone, hence the desire to share with our host community.

“So we decided to create a joyful atmosphere that reflected Ultima’s passion for building strong community ties” Ezeh told AnambraDaily.

The company also demonstrated its philanthropic spirit by distributing tokens of appreciation to women in business who are making a difference in their neighborhoods.
