Pineleaf Estates Homes and Properties Ltd has unveiled Civil/Public Servants Housing Scheme that could be affordable for salary earners in the entire South East and South South of Nigeria.

Unveiling the 1st phase of the Civil Servants Housing Scheme at Stanel Dome, Awka Anambra State, Pineleaf CEO, Archbishop Dr. Onyeka Nzekwesi ( Chinakalibeya), stressed that every Civil and Public Servant deserves a home adding that Business owners with steady income can be part of the subsidized housing scheme.

Archbishop Nzekwesi said that God laid it in his heart, the need to provide homes for the homeless beginning with the Civil and Public Servants in Anambra State.

“Today, Pineleaf is going to rewrite history. We are going to make the impossibilities possible. It is possible with sons and daughters of God.

“The vision for this Housing Scheme was not man-made. It was 100 percent spiritual. We were selling at Obodoma Estate, 3 bedroom at the rate of 55 million naira and on that fateful day after prayers God said : ‘There is need to provide homes for those who are homeless’.

“I thought about where to start because I do not want to begin a new project. I decided to start somewhere we already have structures on ground. So, I chose Obodoma and Bishop Court which was later approved by the Directors, Management and Stakeholders of Pineleaf Estates Homes and Properties.

“Know this, the Home we are giving you is not a low cost house but we made it affordable for you. The present cost of completing everything about a 3 Bedroom Bungalow at that site is 95 million naira but we are giving it out at the rate of 27 million naira.

“We chose to build our Estate Homes in the South East and South South geo,- political zone because Igbos value land more than people from Northern or Western Nigeria making it more difficult to purchase land here in Igboland compared to other parts of the country but Pineleaf has a vision to make it less difficult..

“How does it work: Pay down payment of 20 percent of the cost of that particular type of house you want and pack in, to live. The remaining 80 percent will be spread for some years and collected from your salary. It is Live and pay system. It is not until you finish payment you pack in to live.

“Also, we have building projects and Civil Servants Housing Scheme For Imo (Millennial Estates Homes, Ogbakuba)and Enugu (Opuruiche Estate Home, 9th Mile) which will be unveiled by the 2nd week of May, 2026.

“At Port Harcourt, we are looking at getting a place that civil Servants will easily have access to the city.

“I strongly believe in Akulueuno. I have received land offers from Abuja and Lagos inviting us to come and build but we have reserved this scheme for the 11 states within the South East and South South. Those in Diaspora can come down here and buy, we are not going anywhere outside South East and South South to build Estate Homes.

“At Obodoma Estate Homes, we have good access roads into Awka city, plans have been made to beef up security at that area with CCTV cameras already mounted strategically. Steady electricity is assured. The Estate will have central water supply and sewage system.

“First occupants will enjoy the place. Moreover, I have already picked one of the Houses because I will live there at Obodoma Estate with the civil Servants.

“This is not a normal housing scheme. I make bold to State categorically that Pineleaf housing scheme is better than that of Federal Government of Nigeria housing scheme, by 100 percent. We slashed the cost of constructing such buildings and still gave you a soft landing .

“Take note, after the first 200 persons,we shall call it a day. We shall then place the price of the buildings at the actual costs.

“Don’t be part of those that will regret later for not maximizing this opportunity now. A time is coming even at 5 times this current price of the buildings, it may not be available.

“Take note: this very Civil/Public Servants housing scheme is divine, hand of God is in it, if not so, it will never be possible.

“If you don’t believe in God, believe God for this purpose. God is about to reward you.I do not know how long you have been dreaming to have a perfect home. We are giving you quality at affordable rate. Pick the interest form to show your readiness, said Nzekwesi.

Earlier in his welcome address, Chief Marketing Officer Pineleaf estate and properties Ltd, Dr. Michael Ugwu narrated the ordeals of a large percentage of Civil Servants who invest all their productive years in the Civil Service only to retire without having a place to call their own house.

“A rescue mission has come from Pineleaf Estates Homes and Properties. The CEO Archbishop Dr Onyeka Nzekwesi a man with a large heart has brought a solution to remedy the seemingly shameful situation, said Ugwu.

Moreso, Archbishop Don Ifepe in his Keynote address tasked the Civil Servants present to make up their mind that they will not miss the opportunity of having a subsidized house which no previous government administration of Anambra State or even the Federal Government of Nigeria could make possible. “Determine, Say I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. Don’t allow any obstacle to distract you from realizing your dream. You don’t need to know anything about real estate, just believe, God will make it possible for you to become a house owner,” said Archbishop Ifepe.
