Soludo Commissions Renovated 4 Classroom Block at Anambra Community

The Governor of Anambra State Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has commissioned a four classroom block renovated by the Chairman of Idemili South Local Government, Iyom Amaka Obi.

Soludo, represented by Commissioner for Education Prof Ngozi Chuma-Umeh commended Obi for effectively representing the Solution Government through judicious utilization of resources made available to her for the good of all.

He described education as foundation of every success, warning that no community should make any mistake in what concerns the children.

According to the Governor, recruitment of qualified teachers on merit, became his first major concern immediately he assumed office.

“Nnokwa is among the communities that would benefit from the establishment of public schools in Anambra State, a program designed to bring free education to the door step of every child,” he added.

The Council Chairman, Amaka Obi stated revealed that the Community Primary School Nnokwa was among the schools that have benefitted from the Local Government’s renovation program.

While noting that the Solution administration’s investment in Education is anchored on the fact that education is the foundation of all progress, Obi urged everyone to be involved.

Chairman, Post Primary School Service Commission, Prof. Nkechi Ikediugwu, Deputy Speaker Idemili South Mr. Valentine Mbadugha, President General Nnokwa community, Mr Modestus Ogbuezi and headteacher of the school, Mrs Nnoli Maureen appreciated the benefactor for her efficiency in representing the Solution Government through effective leadership of the Local Government.
