Ebuka Obi, the popular Prophet and founder of Zion Prayer Movement Outreach has waved off the criticisms being heaped against him for contriving miracles within his fold saying the woman who recently testified in his church, claiming she purchased a house worth ₦500 million, was sent by his enemies to tarnish the image of his ministry.
Videos of the young lady being trolled by some people, further went viral on social media after that celebrating her by the Prophet and members of the ministry for the feat, this time in a small shop engaging in a petty business in a small shop in Enugu.
But Obi, in a viral video which started circulating on X, on Sunday, distanced himself from the entire saga, denying any personal connection to the woman, while accusing her of lying against God and the church’s altar, a development he attributed to the handiwork of enemies.

Stating that he had no prior relationship with her, and that, like many others, she simply came forward to share what was presumed to be a personal testimony, he said: “I said it last month that my name would be all over the media. I said the media would be shaking, making it look real, but it’s all fake. I heard from clergymen in the East that bloggers were sponsored.
“Now, do I know her? Does any member know her? She came to testify, just like hundreds of others who come here daily. If the house she claimed to own is fake, then it is her who lied before God and His altar — not the ministry.”
