2023 Election a Trial Moment for Nigeria, Aguata Rep PDP Candidate

The Aguata Federal constituency People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), House of Representatives’ candidate, for the 2023 general election, Prince Ifeanyi Ezechukwu, has described the coming general election as a trial moment for Nigeria.

Ezechukwu also described as false and unfounded, the news making the round that PDP was in crisis.

He made the clarification while fielding questions from newsmen during the newyam festival of Umuchu community, Aguata local government area, Anambra State last weekend.

He said: “There is no crisis in PDP, we don’t have crisis both in Anambra State and in the country. We have one recognized PDP, we are going into the election as one united family.

The PDP House of Representatives candidate, who pledged to offer quality representation and focus on better welfare for the downtrodden, urged the electorate not to be deceived by the antiques of the opposition parties that want the downfall of PDP.

He added that he would ensure the implementation of the Federal Character Commission’s terms of reference, by ensuring that the constituency and the Southeast zone get their own share of the national cake.

“I will make sure that what is due for the constituency is given to it, their share in terms of Federal employment. I have passion for the poor and I will better their condition.

“I urge people, especially the youths to shun violence, ensure free, fair and credible election come the 2023 general election. They should come out and perform their civic responsibility. Let the will of God win the election”, he prayed.
