Tonto Dikeh Launches New Ministry in Abuja, Says “New Wine” Gathering Will Focus on Revival, Spiritual Transformation

Nollywood actress and politician Tonto Dikeh has added a new dimension to her public life with the launch of a Christian ministry, New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT), in Abuja.
The actress-turned-politician announced the new spiritual initiative as an interdenominational gathering focused on revival, spiritual growth, prayer, evangelism and personal transformation.
The ministry, which draws inspiration from Mark 2:22, is designed around the idea of newness, renewal and a deeper pursuit of God.
According to Dikeh, NWPT is not intended to operate like a conventional church. Rather, she describes it as a gathering of believers united by a shared desire to pursue God’s purpose and grow spiritually.
“New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle is not a conventional church. It is a gathering of believers coming together with a shared commitment to pursuing God’s purpose.”
She said the ministry will seek to raise devoted believers through prayer, evangelism, spiritual development and other Kingdom-focused activities.
The initiative marks another significant chapter in Dikeh’s public journey, which has seen her build careers across Nollywood, politics, philanthropy and advocacy.
NWPT is expected to hold its regular gatherings every Friday in Abuja, providing participants with an avenue for worship, prayer, spiritual teaching and fellowship.
