Guber Poll: Jubilant Soludo Thanks Anambra Citizens for Voting Massively for his 2nd Term

‎Governor Chukwuma Soludo has expressed appreciation to the people of Anambra for re-electing him as the governor.
‎
‎This followed the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) declaring him as the winner of the just concluded Anambra State gubernatorial election.
‎
‎The Governor reacted in his country home, Isuofia, following a successful electoral process, which saw a significant turnout of voters across the state.
‎
Governor Soludo who got about 73 percent of the total of votes cast in the gubernatorial election, thanked the citizens of Anambra for their support and trust in his leadership and active participation in the election.
‎
‎The Governor expressed gratitude to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC,, security agencies and particularly to President Bola Tinubu for being a true democrat, stressing the importance of the democratic process which saw him being re-elected .
‎
‎The Governor also extended his hands of fellowship to other fifteen candidates who participated, describing the election as an improvement on the Anambra August sixteenth Bye-election.
‎
‎Correspondent reports that Governor Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA polled a total of four hundred and twenty-two thousand, six hundred and sixty-four of the votes, out of the five hundred and ninety-five thousand, two hundred and ninety eight total votes cast.
