45th Birthday: APGA Reps Candidate, ‘Oba Ezeafia’ Holds Grand Thanksgiving, Reaffirms Gratitude to God

It was a blend of gratitude, culture and political camaraderie as the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) House of Representatives hopeful for the Dunukofia, Njikoka and Anaocha (DNA) Federal Constituency, Barrister Prince Chukwudi Oli, popularly known as Oba Ezeafia, celebrated his 45th birthday with a colourful thanksgiving ceremony in his hometown of Nri, Anambra State.

The celebration, held at his residence in Uruoji Village, Nri, Anaocha Local Government Area, attracted a distinguished gathering of family members, traditional rulers, political allies, community leaders, APGA faithful and well-wishers who came to celebrate the milestone with the frontline lawmaker hopeful.

The atmosphere came alive with captivating masquerade performances, traditional dance displays and vibrant Ogene music, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and enduring traditions of the Igbo people.

Among the dignitaries in attendance were the Mayor of Anaocha Local Government Area, Hon. Romanus Ibekwe; the Mayor of Njikoka Local Government Area, Barrister Chisom Ugha; Hon. Obiadi Ndubuisi; Chief Cosmas Ogugua Agagbo (Eze-Okpaka N’Abba); Chinedu Ononiba, alongside other political stakeholders, traditional leaders and community representatives.

Speaking after the event, the Director of the Ezeafia Media Team, Hon. Tony Oraeki, said the birthday celebration was first and foremost an expression of gratitude to God for preserving the APGA chieftain through the years.

“Oba Ezeafia dedicated the day to thanking God for the gift of life, good health, protection and the countless blessings He has bestowed upon him. He also deeply appreciates everyone who took time to celebrate this memorable occasion with him,” Oraeki stated.

Oraeki added that the celebrant offered prayers for God’s continued guidance, favour and abundant blessings upon his family, supporters and the people who have stood by him over the years.

“This celebration is not just about marking another year; it is about appreciating God’s faithfulness and strengthening the bonds of friendship, unity and service to humanity,” he added.

Guests showered the celebrant with gifts, goodwill messages and prayers, wishing him greater wisdom, strength, sound health and success in his future aspirations.

The thanksgiving concluded with a grand reception where guests were treated to an array of refreshments in an atmosphere filled with joy, unity and cultural pride.

Beyond the festivities, the occasion also provided an opportunity for political associates, community leaders and supporters to engage with Oba Ezeafia, reaffirming relationships and celebrating a man many described as committed to community development and public service.
