Anambra Business Strategist urges Professionals, Entrepreneurs to Remain Focused in their Goals’ Pursuit

A Business Strategist, Dr Chinwe Nebolisa has urged young professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders in the state to embrace commitment, discipline and responsibility as the foundation of success.

Nebolisa gave the charge during monthly Business Meeting and Mentorship Session of UDUF Africa held at the Onitsha Business School, Anambra state which focused on growth, leadership, and purposeful living.

Speaking on the theme, “Love What You Do: Thriving in Relationships and Business”, the educationist stressed that the principles produce results everywhere and that real love goes beyond feelings into action and dedication.

She urged participants to remain determined in pursuit of their goals, noting that success often comes to those who stay committed despite challenges.

Nebolisa, also a Lecturer at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe further argued that individuals must decide whether to use their circumstances as stepping stones or allow them to become obstacles.

She emphasised that preparation must meet opportunity and that building staying power is essential for long-term success in both business and relationships.

According to her, loving what one does leads to improved well-being, higher productivity, and stronger performance.

She encouraged participants to reframe their mindset, focus on their strengths, and pursue continuous growth.

Reviewing the book, Good to Great by Jim Collins, Dr. Edwin Obioma explored lessons on disciplined leadership, strategic focus, and organisational excellence, with participants discussing how such principles can be applied in African businesses and institutions.

Earlier, Founder of the foundation, Ezuma Smart Chinedu reaffirmed the group’s vision to inspire Africa’s new generation of ethical, community-focused servant leaders and entrepreneurs.

He restated its mission to connect, inspire and transform young people to build stronger and sustainable communities across Africa.

Ezuma explained that the monthly business meetings are organised to provide a consistent platform for mentorship, accountability, and collaboration among young leaders.

According to him, regular engagement helps participants refine their ideas and remain focused on meaningful impact.

The programme also included parliamentary session, interactive discussions and networking opportunities which strengthened connections among participants and encouraged future partnerships.

Observers described the meeting as impactful and timely, noting that the growing participation in UDUF Africa programmes reflects a rising commitment among young Nigerians to leadership, entrepreneurship and community development.
