Ultima Real Estate Kicks off 2026 Year with Realtors Homecoming Training

Ultima Real Estate Investment Limited, a formost real estate company has kicked off its 2026 calendar year with a special Inaugural Homecoming Training for its realtors.

The capacity building programme held on Friday, January 16, at its headquarters, Awka, was designed to realign our field agents with the company’s core vision, introduce updated operational protocols for 2026, and foster a unified team culture.

Ultima’s Executive Director, Engr. Emerie Eze explained that training underscored the commitment to excellence and ethical service as we move into the new fiscal year.

The event was also designed to unveil our vision for the year as well as prepare our team for what will be a great year of advancement and engagement.

We decided to start the year with this kind of training to ensure that our vision and plans for the year are effectively communicated to our realtors and staff.

The company’s marketing Manager, Mr. Walter Ezenwa, who unveiled the sales and marketing plan for the year, urged realtors to adopt principle of excellence and technology savvy in order to improve on their earnings.

“The Homecoming Training was a significant investment in our human capital and has set a positive tone for the year”, explains Ezenwa adds.
