Anambra Guber: Osumenyi Elites Donate 2 Campaign Vehicles to APC Candidate

A group, Osumenyi Elites has presented two branded Sienna vehicles to candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu ahead of the November 8, Anambra State governorship election.

Leader of the group, Chief Frank Umeh said people of Osumenyi were fully in support of Ukachukwu as he aspired to be become the next governor of the State.

He said that the donation was the first phase of their massive support for the Wind of Glory exponent.

He said, “Ikukuoma is our brother, we are fully committed to the actualization of his aspiration to become the next governor of Anambra State.

“All the members of Osumenyi Elites contributed one million Naira each to purchase the two vehicles which would aid his mobilizations and campaigns.

“We decided to support our own brother with this gesture because he has no political godfather, though he is godfather to many aspiring political office holders.”

A member of the group also offered N5million for the fueling of the vehicles.

“All the markets in Lagos are in full support of Ikukuoma and transferring their voters card, back home so they can perform their civic responsibility by voting for Ikukuoma,” he said.

Other groups, including Ikemba Front comprising majorly Sen Ifeanyi Ubah’s political dynasty ably led by Mr Michael Okafor made donations to the APC governorship candidate.

Responding, APC flagbearer, Prince Ukachukwu expressed surprise over the presentations, saying he was fascinated by the unity of purpose by the donors.

He unveiled his big plans for his community which according to him must be actualized by God’s grace.

He also re-echoed his preparedness to set up a University of Medical Sciences in his home town of Osumenyi in Nnewi South LGA of Anambra State.

Brother to the Guber hopeful, Prince Elias Ukachukwu appreciated Osumenyi Elites and other groups for their support.

He appealed to all and sundry to take the good news of Wind of Glory to their respective polling units and wards, noting that it’s time to standout with a thoroughly good candidate and be counted.

“With my brother in the saddle of leadership as the Governor of the State, many developmental strides will be witnessed by Osumenyi and her people.

“Commencement of work on a Flyover at Osumenyi market would begin a day after inauguration. Many other developmental material will be taken to Osumenyi as done in advanced climes.

“My appeal to all the members of Osumenyi Elites and the good people of Anambra State is to mobilize other groups and individuals to join the Wind of Glory train.
