Anambra State Beach Soccer Association has called on Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) to support the association as they prepare to host the second round of their league scheduled for Nnewi.
In a statement from the Media Director of the Association, Okwudili Emmanuel Awam “We are thrilled to inform you that Nnewi, Anambra State, will host the second round of the 2025 Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL), commencing on August 21st, 2025.
“As we prepare for this exciting event, we are reaching out to your esteemed association for media support.
“The Anambra State Beach Soccer Association values the crucial role that SWAN plays in promoting sports development in our state. We believe that your media coverage will be instrumental in creating awareness and generating excitement around the NBSL Round 2” he said.
He emphasized that SWAN coverage of the league will help reach a wider audience, promote the league, and showcase the talents of our participating teams.
According to Awam “we look forward to working closely with SWAN to ensure the success of this event. We believe that our partnership will not only benefit the NBSL but also contribute to the growth of sports in Anambra State” he stated.
