Groups hail Soludo as Tinubu Set to Commission New Anambra Govt House, Lodge, others

Two leading support groups for the Anambra State Governor, Soludo Solution Movement (SSM) and Soludo Grassroot Warriors Initiative (SGWI) have applauded the governor of the state for the commissioning of the new Government House, Presidential Lodge and Governor’s Lodge.

Other projects which are billed for commissioning by President Bola Tinubu on May 8th, 2025 include; Dr Alex Ekwueme Square and Solution Fun City, all in the State capital.

Convener of SSM, Chief Sir Jude Umunnakwe while speaking with journalists ahead of the commissioning said Soludo had proved nay sayers wrong.

“With the commissioning of the new Government House, Presidential Lodge, Governor’s Lodge, Fun City, the promise made by the governor to make the Anambra Dubai and Taiwan is partly fulfilled.

“In Anambra, under the watch of Gov Soludo, there is free ante-natal and delivery, including Cesarian Section, no other state can boast of this in the federation.

“Let’s also tell you that with the level of human and infrastructural development taking place in the State, our amiable governor has refused to borrow the so much coveted World Bank loan which other governors have dived upon.

“For the first time, we have a passionate and compassionate, world class personality at the helm of affairs,” Umunnakwe stressed.

Convener of SGWI, Chief Hon Rogers Orjiewulu said, “with the unprecedented landmark infrastructural development taking place under the watch of Prof Charles Soludo, it is indeed a case of promise kept for Anambra people and residents alike.

“The current administration has not joked with human capital development of the people of the state. This is the reason for introduction of free education from primary to secondary school in the state.

“Gov Soludo is indeed running an administration that is youth friendly, over 8000 youths have been trained on different types of vocations in 1 youth 2 skills program of the government.

“Today, I can tell you boldly that many millionaires have been produced through the scheme and are even giving back to the society.

“For me there is nothing like this, take the youths off the streets and get them empowered, then you are on your way to El dorado,” he asserted.
