Anambra Firstlady Calls for True Love, Eradication of Discrimination in Igbo Society

Wife of the Anambra State Governor, Mrs Nonye Soludo has reiterated her call for true love, compassion and the eradication of discrimination in Igbo Society.

Mrs Soludo in a message shared in line with the international observance emphasized treating every individual with dignity, regardless of differences.

According to her, True love sees no differences, only hearts filled with compassion and genuine desire to make others feel loved, valued, and respected.

She noted that respect is the soul of human dignity while discrimination, on the other hand, is a language of barbarism and hate.

The Wife of the Governor therefore urged the people to do the best they can to always treat people with dignity, irrespective of their beliefs, class, creed, or physical conditions.

Mrs Soludo said that is one way to make the society a better place for all to live healthy and longer.

Mrs Soludo’s message resonates strongly with the day’s objectives, echoing the spirit of solidarity, empathy and mutual respect needed to foster an inclusive society.

Her advocacy comes at a moment when leaders, communities and individuals are called upon to stand firm against bias and promote human dignity for all.
