Soludo Inaugurates 2km Road Built by Private Citizen in Anambra Community

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra state has inaugurated a two kilometre road in Abatete, Njikoka local government area.

The access road was constructed by a private individual and ilustrous son of Abatete, Dr. Victor Iloegbunam for public use.

Governor Soludo described the gesture as one of the impactful initiative that warms his heart.

He said the road is a perfect example of Public Private Community Partnership which his administration is passionate about.

Governor Soludo noted that by heeding the call to partner the state, Iloegbunam has not only improved the lives of his community members but also demonstrated that together , greater things can be achieved.

The Governor said his administration is compiling a compendium of all those who are the pillars of development, assisting and partnering with government in transforming Anambra as well as accelerating the pace of development because the government alone can not do it.

“I am grateful for men and women like Dr. Victor (Iloegbunam) who understand the power of community-driven development. I am proud to be part of a journey that’s transforming Anambra, one project at a time.
