Governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC in Anambra state, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu has assured people of the state that that individuals and families would be adequately empowered under his administration.

He added that youth employment would occupy the front burner if he was elected come November 8, 2025.

Ukachukwu gave the assurance while addressing newsmen after visiting Amichi, Ebenator, Utuh, and Osumenyi all in Nnewi South LGA in company of Dr Azuka Okwuosa, senatorial candidate for the party in the August 16 election.

“I will ensure that individuals and families are empowered noting that youth employment, empowerment will occupy the front burner in his administration.

“We will ensure that grants are made available to youths, this will also be extended to the farmers.

“When Soludo came to our town he promised to patch the roads in Nnewi South LGA which is nothing but an insult, assault and a slap on our face,” he said.

The APC flagbearer said he was actually not in his council area to campaign as they already know and have experienced his capacity.

He “I am not here to campaign, the mammoth crowd you saw are here to see their brother, you may wish to know that they have been waiting for many hours at that. I have never lost any election in Nnewi South LGA.

“I will do everything in my capacity and capability to ensure that they are okay, that’s why they are sending me to Awka and they are sending Sir Azuka Okwuosa to Abuja, it’s time to connect Anambra State to the center.

“The huge turnout of the people of Nnewi South LGA to receive us is a demonstration of our capacity and the failure and rejection of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Soludo.

“A people cannot be forced to love a person or a government especially when such a governor is collecting four hundred billion Naira monthly from the federal government on their behalf, yet there is nothing to justify such humongous resources accruing to them.

“Ndi-Anam have rejected Soludo because he has failed woefully, Soludo must go, it’s time to connect our dear State to the real center.

“Be rest assured that Nnewi South LGA and all the other twenty council areas in the state will get their fair share of my developmental strides as soon as I’m sworn in as Governor of Anambra State on March 17th, 2026.”
