According to her, the Holy Season of Lent begins with the liturgical feast of Ash Wednesday and for every Christian, it is a period of solemness, supplication, and atonement.

She said ” reminding us that God calls humanity to focus on what truly matters: “Today, God, the sole Creator of life, draws humanity’s focus to the brevity of life and the essence of living for love and worthwhile purpose.”

Mrs. Soludo urged Christians to embody the example of Christ Himself notin that In the next 39 Days of Lent, it is expected that Christians will live out the true image of Christ and lay down the swords of enemity and bitterness for the overall good of mankind.

The First Lady expressed hope that this season would bring people together in positive ways praying that these upcoming holy days become a great moment for families and communities to unite and grow better in love, harmony, and peace.
