The Chief Executive Officer of Rock-Link Real Estate Company Nigeria Limited, Engr. Obika Chibuike Kingsley, has reaffirmed his company’s commitment to providing affordable housing solutions for civil servants and government workers across Anambra State.

He made this known during an exclusive interview with journalists in his office at Awka. Rock-Link Real Estate, renowned for its genuine land and property offering, has a strong presence in strategic locations such as Umunya, Nkwelle Ezu Nanka, Urum, Okpuno, Mgbakwu and other areas within and outside Anambra.

Speaking on the pressing housing challenges, Engr. Obika highlighted the difficulties civil servants especially teachers and other public servants face in securing accommodation. “Many civil servants struggle with housing during their working years and after retirement, some are left without a home. This is unacceptable and shameful,” he said, adding that the company’s mission is to ensure hardworking individuals can own a place of their own.

To address this gap, Rock-Link Real Estate has developed a flexible salary based payment plan, allowing buyers to pay for property gradually through monthly installments. “Through this system, we have helped many people own their homes without financial strain. We ask civil servants to come forward, share their budget and we will make property ownership possible for them,” he explained.

Engr. Obika also emphasized the company’s capacity to meet growing demand, noting that Rock-Link has acquired extensive land across multiple locations to give buyers options that suit their preferences and budgets.

This initiative, according to him, has already enabled numerous individuals and families to own houses, a milestone that would have been challenging without such structured payment plans.

On governance and development in Anambra, Engr. Obika praised Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his achievements in his first term, describing him as “the first governor I have seen make such visible and transformative changes in the state.”

He expressed optimism for the governor’s second tenure: “Ndi Anambra should expect even more impressive projects. In his first tenure, he accomplished what many would consider the work of two terms. The second tenure will bring massive development and the people will be pleasantly surprised.”

Obika reiterated his call to civil servants, urging them to take advantage of Rock-Link’s affordable housing schemes.

“We are here to make property ownership possible for those who have served this state. With our lands and flexible payment options, civil servants can finally have a place they can truly call home,” he said.
