Ultimate Destiny Uplifiters Foundation, UDUF Africa has reaffirmed its vision and growing impact in leadership, entrepreneurship and community service.
Founder of UDUF Africa, Dr. Ezuma Chinedu stated this during the group’s December Business Meeting and Award Ceremony at the Onitsha Business School, marking the organisation’s final business meeting for the year.
The event brought together young leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, volunteers and partners committed to positive change across communities in Africa.
Ezuma urged members to move beyond learning to action, noting that real transformation comes from applying knowledge consistently.
In his keynote address, Chairman of Chillis Foods Limited, Dr. Peter Abayol shared practical lessons from his business journey, stressing resilience, purpose-driven leadership, clear vision, strategic partnerships and continuous learning.
Speaking on the theme, “From Ideas to Impact” Abayol encouraged participants to remain focused on their goals and to turn ideas into measurable results.
The meeting focused on reflection, learning, mentorship and appreciation, while reviewing the organisation’s activities for the year and inspiring members for greater impact ahead.
The ceremony also featured the presentation of awards to members for excellence in team leadership, collaboration, dedicated service, knowledge sharing and sustained impact.
Among the awardees were Abayol who was presented with an Appreciation Award by UDUF Africa in recognition of his outstanding contribution and mentorship.
In addition, new Executive Directors were elected to lead key UDUF Africa committees in 2026.
They include Comrade Chukwuekezie ThankGod Chukwuemeka as Executive Director, UDUF Africa Leadership and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2026; Mrs. Amara Rebecca Ezuma as Executive Director, Under 45 CEO Business and Leadership Summit 2026.
Others were Miss Blessing Asonye as Executive Director, Africa Day Celebrations Committee 2026; and Comrade Joshua Steve as Executive Director, International Youth Day Celebration 2026 Committee.
The event ended on a note of gratitude, renewed commitment and unity, as participants pledged to continue transforming communities by empowering young leaders across Africa.
