‎Edo Sports Commission Boss Commends SWAN Over NYGs Reportage‎

‎The Executive Chairman of Edo State Sports Commission, Hon. Amadin Desmond Enabulele has commended the national president of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) and all sports journalists covering the 2025 National Youth Games in Asaba for their excellent performance in reportage of the NYG.

‎Enabulele gave the commendation in a remark during the National Convention of SWAN, at the media center, Stephen Keshi Stadium Asaba.



‎He described Sports Writers as partners in progress with sports administrators in the course of sports development in the country.

‎Hon Enabulele who was invited as a special guest by SWAN at its National Convention, had earlier performed the kickoff formality during the SWAN unity football match at  St. Patricks Secondary School where he identified with the sports writers as a friend of the Media.

‎The Edo State sports Commission chairman who expressed appreciation to SWAN for the massive media coverage for the 9th National Youth Games and the media support he has enjoyed since his assumption of office in Edo state, said that the invaluable contribution of SWAN is highly commendable.

‎He seized the opportunity to highlight some of his achievements which include the restructuring of Bendel Insurance FC and Edo Queens management as well as the well taught out grassroots sports development policy which is already yielding results at the 9th National Youth Games in Asaba.

‎He noted that Edo parades some of the youngest and talented kids at the youth games..

‎Enabulele called for continuous support and cooperation with SWAN just as he promised to always support SWAN.
