Crime Victims Foundation, Nigeria (CRIVIFON) has held her third graduation ceremony and human rights awareness campaign in Nnewi, Anambra State.
The foundation, a national organization and Non Governmental Organization, working with Criminal Justice Agencies (CJA) across the world is reputable for her pivotal role in support for crime victims across the country.
CRIVIFON, passionate about creating lasting agency for national development and care for the victims of crime, also work with the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) and Civil Societies to provide support for those who become victims of crime.
The Foundation, known for advocacies for the victims as well as defending the rights of the victims graduated six individuals on Saturday.
The graduands have undergone serious training in different aspect of laws in Nigeria.
Speaking during the graduation and training empowerment program, National Director of the group, Comrade Beatrice Ojukwu urged members to serve diligently and as well uphold the mission, value and objectives of the foundation.
She outlined some of the incentives available for the dedicated and outstanding members.
State Coordinator, Hon Dan Ejianya tasked members and officials of the foundation to continue to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
He noted that the foundation is in partnership with different governmental organizations and securities agencies so as to have maximum effects and results.
Barr.C.C Akon and Barr. O.l. Onyekwelu delivered lectures on Human Rights laws during the one day program while traditional rulers, officials of Directorate of State Security (DSS) and Comptroller of Nnewi Correctional Center featured at the occasion graced by eminent personalities within and outside the industrial town of Nnewi.
