2025 Guber Race: Anambra Present, Future Guaranteed Under Soludo – APGA Support Group

Ahead the commencement of June 11 campaign for the Anambra State governorship election, Soludo Grassroot Warriors Initiative (SGWI) on Sunday held a closed door strategic meeting.

The meeting was between the Convener of the group, Chief Hon Rogers Orjiewulu and the coordinators from the twenty one local government areas of the state.

SGWI is majorly comprised of more than a half of a million persons who decamped from Labour Party (LP) to join forces with the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to campaign for Gov Soludo’s reelection bid.

The Convener of SGWI, Chief Hon Rogers Orjiewulu who was briefing journalists after the end of their meeting said that the meeting was aimed at fine-tuning the agenda of the group ahead the campaign flag off.

Chief Hon Orjiewulu pointed out that his group has lined up a number of programs to support the incumbent governor, Prof Charles Soludo.

He said that the group has put in place structures to ensure that the airwaves are taken over for Gov Soludo.

Commenting on why his group is going all out to campaign for the incumbent governor, Chief Hon Orjiewulu asserted the Gov Soludo has outperformed all his predecessors in just three years in office.

He noted that the reward for hard work is more work, insisting that the present and future of Anambra State is guaranteed under the watch of the governor.

“Since Gov Soludo has justified the mandate freely given to him three years ago, it is incumbent on all lovers of good to give maximum support to him in the November 8 Anambra State governorship election.

“We have lined up programs for all the major markets in Anambra State, we would showcase all the wonderful achievements of Gov Soludo there.

“I have said earlier that we would take over the airwaves for the incumbent governor, we will also embark on road shows and take our campaigns to all the one hundred and seventy nine communities in Anambra State.

“We will do all these because we believe in Gov Charles Soludo, he is a messiah sent to Anambra to give Ndi-Anambra and residents alike a taste of good governance.

“We at SGWI have critically examined the candidates of other political parties in the November 8 governorship polls and the truth is that Gov Soludo is shoulder higher than all of them.

“The present and future of Anambra State is guaranteed under the watch of Prof Charles Soludo, a visit to the state will convince any doubting Thomas.
