Estate Firm Vows to Make 2000 Persons Landlords in 2025

Golden Land Estate Ventures Ltd, has promised to make 2000 persons landlords this year in their bid to improve the quality of lives of citizens in the country.

The firm’s spokesman, Comrade Damian Ogudike, said it was in continuation of their earlier promise of making 1000 persons landlords which they have since fulfilled.

He said that they have upped the ante to ensure more Nigerians benefitted from this gesture.

He said, “The company has extended its tentacles to new site at Asaba-Ibusa in Delta State which is called Mount Horeb Estate.

“The estate which has a lot of advantages with about 50 other notable and reputable Estates surrounding making would be Banana Island in South South of the Nigeria.

“The major advantages of Mount Horeb Estate is its closeness to Admirality University, Ibusa, Immigration State Headquarters, Ibusa, College of Education, Ibusa Road, Asaba, and Federal Girls College, Ibusa and popular Coker Junction, Asaba.

“The pre-launch Price is N3.5m, but actual price is N4.5m with all the documentations such as registered survey plan, Deed of Assignments and allocation papers available.”

Ogudike urged people in Anambra, Delta States and any other part of the country to hurry and get a plot at the Mount Horeb Estate.
