Wife of Anambra state governor, Dr Nonye Soludo has expressed excitement over stable condition of the 10-year old boy allegedly abused
Soludo who personally visited the victim in the hospital where he was transferred to said she was relieved by the reassuring update from the medical team as well as progress he has made within a short time.
She appreciated the medical team, concerned citizens and others for the love and compassion demonstrated during the difficult time, pledging continued monitoring of his recovery to ensure he received care, protection and support he deserved.
She said, “Earlier today, I visited young Chiziterem at the hospital where he has now been transferred, to personally assess his condition and offer encouragement as he begins his recovery journey.
“I am relieved by the reassuring update from the medical team that his condition is now stable.
“While he still requires adequate care and support to fully heal, it is heartwarming to see the progress he has made within such a short time.
“Chiziterem’s story has touched many hearts and reminds us of our collective responsibility to protect every child from abuse, neglect, and harm.
