APGA Chieftain, Odili Ready for Anambra North Senatorial Ticket Battle

Media team of the chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Primus Odili has explained reasons why its principal is set for the Anambra North Senatorial ticket.

According to the team, the Principal has captured the hearts of many loyal party members through years of unwavering support and strategic contributions to APGA’s growth.

The team was reacting to Eneh Victor Chigozie’s analysis which leaves out the most obvious political reality on ground.

The Team maintained that Odili is widely regarded across Anambra North Senatorial District as the clear favourite to clinch the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) ticket.

“This is not based on speculation or rumours but on the strength of his deep grassroots connection and the overwhelming support he commands among party faithfuls across the zone.

“Politics, especially within APGA as a political party has always been about loyalty, structure, and the ability to carry the people along and on these fronts Okosisi stands head and shoulders above others.

“For years, Chief Odili has remained one of the biggest stakeholders of APGA in Anambra State, consistently investing his time, resources, and political energy into strengthening the party structure across communities.

“His commitment did not begin today because of senatorial ambition, it is a long-standing record of dedication. From sponsoring numerous party activities to mobilizing support during critical elections, his role has been both visible and influential.

“In fact, the last governorship election in the state is a clear testament to the massive political groundwork and projects he championed for APGA across Anambra North, helping to solidify the party’s presence and victory.

“Therefore, attempts to reduce this contest to a two-horse race overlook the political momentum that Chief Primus Odili currently enjoys. When the time for the primaries arrives, the voices of the grassroots the very foundation of the party will speak loudly,” the Team concluded.
