UNIZIK High School Student Emerges Best Chemistry Scholar in Anambra

A student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University High School (UHS) Anambra state, Miss Obieze Chikaima has emerged as best chemistry student in Anambra state in the 2025 Awokoya chemistry competition.

The competition was organized by the Chemistry Society of Nigeria for Senor Secondary schools students in the state, while the award was sponsored by Dr Chioma Awuzie.

Obieze beat other contestants to emerge the winner in the keenly contested quiz competition and was presented with a prize of N100,000.

Reacting to the award, Principal of UHS, Mrs Israel Atinuke congratulated the winner, saying her victory had brought great pride to the institution.

She described the feat as a reflection of her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.

She said, “Warmest congratulations to you Chikaima on this your outstanding achievement.

“Your exceptional academic performance is a reflection of your dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.

“You have brought great pride to our institution, and we are honored to have you as part of our community.

“May this award be a testament to your hard work and a catalyst for continued success. Well done!”
